The harness is made of 100% polyester airmesh for the body, 100% nylon webbing, and aluminum alloy hardware. It's important to follow the instructions for putting on the harness:

Adjust the neck and girth webbing straps and unclip both buckles, then pull the girth webbing through the back loop.
Place the chest panel between the front legs and clip the neck webbing into the front buckle.
Pull the webbing through the back loop and clip the girth strap into the back buckle.
Adjust the girth and neck straps so that the harness is snug, but you can still run 1-2 fingers between the strap and your cat's body.
